L’association EHTTA (European Historic Thermal Towns Association) est un réseau créé en 2009 à Bruxelles, qui regroupe vingt-cinq villes thermales, dont Enghien-les-Bains, situées dans dix pays européens. Ces villes possédent un patrimoine architectural emblématique et leurs eaux minérales possèdent des propriétés curatives reconnues à l’échelle de l’Europe.
